On 24 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of the Non-government Pension Fund Education and Science through conversion into the Joint-Stock Company Non-government Pension Fund Education and Science, to make a decision on the state registration of the Joint-Stock Company Non-government Pension Fund Education and Science and to reissue a document confirming the availability of the licence to conduct pension provision and retirement insurance to the Joint-Stock Company Non-government Pension Fund Education and Science.
