On 22 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register documents of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS as per list:
Rules of organised trading in the standardised derivatives market of the open joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS;
Rules of access to trading in the standardised derivatives market of the open joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS.
