On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution closed joint-stock company Non-Bank Credit Institution International Urals Settlement House or CJSC NCI IUSH (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3322-R, date of registration — 26 December 1997) (Order No. OD-3016 of 27 October 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3017 of 27 October 2014) to appoint from 27 October 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution closed joint-stock company Non-Bank Credit Institution International Urals Settlement House for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Tatiana I. Kulikova, chief economist of the general economic section of the Oryol Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Non-Bank Credit Institution International Urals Settlement House.

The provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Non-Bank Credit Institution International Urals Settlement House also includes: Ye.N. Astafieva, N.V. Kuzmenko, I.A. Ruban.
