On 25 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to issue licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based CenterFinTrust Asset Management, limited liability company, and to register Rules of organisation and internal controls of the Moscow-based CenterFinTrust Asset Management, limited liability company.
