On termination of provisional administration activities

Following the ruling of the Arbitration Court of Moscow dated 17 June 2014 to declare insolvent (bankrupt) the Moscow-based credit institution open joint-stock company commercial bank Stroycredit (OJSC CB Stroycredit) (registration No. of the Bank of Russia is 18, date of registration is 26 December 1991) and the appointment of a receiver in accordance with Item 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. 1507, dated 25 June 2014) to terminate effective 26 June 2014 the activities of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution open joint-stock company commercial bank Stroycredit appointed by the Order of the Bank of Russia No. OD-327, dated 18 March 2014 ‘On Appointment of Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Stroycredit (OJSC CB Stroycredit) Following the Revocation of the Banking Licence.’
