On revocation of insurance licence
By its Order No. OD-2611, dated 25 September 2014, the Bank of Russia revoked the insurance licence from Rossiya Life Insurance Company LLC (registration number from the unified state register of insurance agents is 3979; location address: Bld. 2, 12, Bolshaya Gruzinskaya St., 123242 Moscow; new location address: 1, Stupinsky Proezd, 117546 Moscow; TIN 7717508312, PSRN 1047796263283).
This decision has been taken due to the Company’s failure to remove within the specified period the violations of insurance legislation resulted in the suspension of the insurance licence and becomes effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin, the official Bank of Russia periodical.
Due to the revocation of the licence the Company is obliged:
to take a decision on the termination of insurance activities under Russian legislation;
to meet its obligations under insurance (reinsurance) contracts, including insurance claim settlements;
to transfer obligations accepted under insurance (reinsurance) contracts and (or) to abrogate the said contracts.
The Company shall inform policy holders on the revocation of the licence, early termination of the insurance (reinsurance) contracts and (or) the transfer of obligations taken under insurance contracts to another insurer within a month following the date the decision on the licence revocation becomes effective.

The Bank of Russia exercises control over the activity of the provisional administration under the established procedure.
