On revocation of insurance licence

By its Order No. OD-2613, dated 25 September 2014, the Bank of Russia revoked the insurance licence from the limited liability company Social Insurance Company SSC (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 3843).

This decision was taken due to the failure of the limited liability company Social Insurance Company SSC to rectify violations of insurance legislation served as a basis for the suspension of its insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2186, dated 21 August 2014, ‘On Suspension of the Insurance Licence Issued to the LLC Social Insurance Company SSC’), specifically due the failure to comply within the specified period with Bank of Russia instructions and the avoidance of receiving instructions by the insurance agent.

The decision becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.
