On Bank of Russia decisions of 22 August 2014 

On 22 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To register rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Citadel — Capital, closed-end direct investments unit investment fund managed by Citadel Assets Management, limited liability company;

NTB, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by Finam Management, limited liability company;

First Capital, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Center Capital Management Company, limited liability company.

2. To reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the Moscow-based Bioprocess Capital Partners Management Company, limited liability company.

3. To reissue a documentary confirmation of licences to act as a specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

— Moscow-based closed joint-stock company National Custodian Company due to a change of location;

— Moscow-based open joint-stock company United Specialized Depositary due to a change of location.
