On 24 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To approve reorganization of the non-profit organisation non-governmental pension fund Vladimir through its transformation into the closed joint-stock company non-state pension fund Vladimir, register the closed joint-stock company non-state pension fund Vladimir, and reissue the document which proves the existence of a pension provision and pension insurance licence issued to the closed joint-stock company non-state pension fund Vladimir.
