2. To refuse to include information on the Naberezhnye Chelny-based limited liability company Satrap to the state register of microfinance organisations.

3. To refuse to include information on the Moscow-based limited liability company NORTON to the state register of microfinance organisations.

4. To issue a copy of certificate of inclusion of information on the legal entity to the state register of microfinance organisations to the Moscow-based limited liability company First Moscow Information and Credit Company.
