On 16 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To re-issue a licence to act as insurer to the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company VTB Medical Insurance due to the change of the title (previous title: Closed joint-stock company Medical insurance company Solidarity for Life or CJSC MIC Solidarity for Life).
