On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 24 February 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

Specialized Depositary FORT, limited liability company, to carry out depositary activity due to a change of name (the city of Moscow);

Joint-stock company National Custodial Company to carry out depositary activity due to a change of location and name (the city of Moscow);

Public joint-stock company EurocityBank Commercial Bank to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of name (the town of Mytishchi) ;

Joint-stock company ABB Commercial Bank to carry out broker and dealer activity due to a change of name (the city of Moscow);

Joint-stock company Red Gates Commercial Bank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name (the city of Moscow);

Joint-stock company CentroCredit Commercial Bank to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name (the city of Moscow);

Prime Broker Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location and name (the city of Moscow);

Samotlor-Invest Financial Investment Company, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a conversion (the city of Tomsk).
