The Bulletin publishes Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 5941-U, dated 23 September 2021, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Regulation No. 713-P, Dated 24 March 2020, ‘On the Chart of Accounts at Non-bank Financial Institutions and the Procedure for Using It’ (becomes effective on 1 January 2023; posted on the Bank of Russia website on 09.11.2021).
