To register amendments to the decision to issue an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Russian Electronics placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-01702-A-008D of 23 October 2012.

To register amendments to the decision to issue and to the prospectus of non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of series 01 of the limited liability company Rosintrud placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36441-R.
