On the issue of securities

On 21 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Intercos-IV placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11283-J-002D.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Rafarma placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-65181-J-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To recognise invalid the issue of series BO-01 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company ROSINTER RESTAURANTS HOLDING with identification number 4В02-01-55033-Е dated 29 July 2010.

To register reports on the results of the issue of series 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the state corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of issues are 4-32-00004-Т,4-33-00004-Т, 4-34-00004-Т, 4-35-00004-Т, 4-37-00004-Т, 4-38-00004-Т and 4-39-00004-Т.

To recognise the said issues invalid and to cancel their state registration due to the non-placement of any securities of the issues.

To register reports on the results of the issue of series 03 and 04 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Power Machines — ZTL, LMZ, Electrosila, Energomashexport placed through public subscription, the state registration number of issues are 4-03-35909-Н and 4-04-35909-Н.

To recognise the said issues invalid and to cancel their state registration due to the non-placement of any securities of the issues.

To resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Vladimir Production Association Tochmash placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55410-Е-003D.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company The Research Institute for Automatics placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-14983-А-002D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Scientific and Production Corporation Systems of Precision Instrument-Making placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-13896-А-008D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Mikron placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-61594-J-002D.
