On 24 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To agree on the reorganisation of the Orenburg Non-Governmental Pension Fund Doverie through conversion into the closed joint-stock company Orenburg Non-Governmental Pension Fund Doverie, to register the closed joint-stock company Orenburg Non-Governmental Pension Fund Doverie and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the closed joint-stock company Orenburg Non-Governmental Pension Fund Doverie.
