On cancelling licence to manage investment funds

The reasons to cancel the Licence are as follows:
— repeated non-compliance within a year with Bank of Russia instructions by the Management Company when conducting activity envisaged by the Licence;
— the Management Company’s repeated violation within a year for more than 15 working days of terms for submitting the reports stipulated by the federal laws and the related regulations of the Russian Federation when conducting activity envisaged by the Licence;
— repeated violation within a year of requirements to dissemination, provision and disclosure of information stipulated by the federal laws and regulations of the Russian Federation when conducting activity envisaged by the Licence.
