Activity of provisional administration to manage BANK NEYVA LLC terminated
On 25 June 2021, the Bank of Russia terminated the activity of the provisional administration1 appointed to manage credit institution BANK NEYVA LLC (hereinafter, the Bank).
No signs of insolvency (bankruptcy) have been established as a result of the provisional administration-conducted inspection of the credit institution.
On 17 June 2021, the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region issued a ruling on the forced liquidation of the Bank.
The State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency was appointed as a receiver.
