On appointment of provisional administration

In accordance with Item 2 of Article 17 of Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and following the revocation of the banking licence issued to the Moscow-based credit institution open joint-stock company Interregional Commercial Bank Zamoskvoretski (registration No. of the Bank of Russia is 1640, date of registration is 2 December 1991), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1458, dated 23 June 2014) to appoint provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution open joint-stock company Interregional Commercial Bank Zamoskvoretski with effective term in compliance with Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ till arbitration court has passed its adjudication order and has announced bankruptcy management (approved the liquidator) or till the arbitration court’s decision to appoint the liquidator has become effective.

Mironov Dmitry, deputy chief of the general section of the Large Credit Institutions Supervisory Division under the Main Branch of the Bank of Russia for the Central Federal District has been appointed head of the provisional administration.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution open joint-stock company Interregional Commercial Bank Zamoskvoretski also includes Alkhazov A.A., Barsukova L.Ye., Shmetakov O.N., Petukhov P.V., Sudakova M.V., Rodionova I.P., Lavrentyeva Ye.N., Papin M.S., Raidoulina Ya.A., Savinkova Yu.K., Samonina I.V., Leushkina K.A., Solovyev E.A., Tarasov V.M., Bulgakov D.M., Sharipov R.Z., Vasilyev A.V., Abakumova T.N.
