On revocation of banking licence

In view of the failure of the Moscow-based credit institution open joint-stock company Interregional Commercial Bank Zamoskvoretski to observe the federal banking laws as well as regulations of the Bank of Russia, established facts of seriously distorted reporting data, failure to meet the creditors’ claims, taking into account a repeated use within one year of supervisory measures envisaged by Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation’ (the Bank of Russia), and acting in accordance with Article 19, Items 3 and 6 of Part 1 and Item 4 of Part 2 of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activity’ and Part 11 of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation’ (the Bank of Russia), the Bank of Russia took a decision (order No. OD-1457, dated 23 June 2014) to revoke the banking licence issued to the credit institution open joint-stock company Interregional Commercial Bank Zamoskvoretski (registration No. of the Bank of Russia is 1640, date of registration is 2 December 1991) effective 23 June 2014.
