On submitting of annual consolidated financial statements for 2013 to the Bank of Russia by organisations whose securities are listed for organised trading (except for credit organisations) and by insurance companies

The Bank of Russia hereby informs that annual consolidated financial statements compiled according to Federal Law No. 208-FZ, dated 27 July 2010, ‘On Consolidated Financial Statements’ by organisations whose securities are listed for organised trading (except for credit organisations) and by insurance companies shall be submitted to the dispatch office of the Bank of Russia in hard copy at 12 Neglinnaya Street, Moscow, or in the form of electronic documents signed by enhanced encrypted and certified digital signature using the software available on the Bank of Russia’s web-site in the section ‘Financial Markets/Participants in Financial Markets’.
