On 24 April 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
To issue a licence to carry out mutual insurance as optional insurance to cover ‘insurance of land vehicles (with the exception of railway transport)’, ‘insurance of property of legal entities with the exception of transport vehicles and agricultural insurance’, ‘insurance of civil liability for the non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment of contractual obligations’, ‘insurance of financial risks’ to the Moscow-based non-profit organisation Society of Mutual Insurance ‘FinStrah’.
