On decisions of Bank of Russia

On 20 November 2015, Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments to the charter of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Raiffeisen, due to a change of name for the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund SAFMAR;

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of New Technology of Investment, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund, managed by CSP Capital Asset Management, limited liability company;

to reissue documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of the Moscow-based limited liability company Management Company NERO ASSET MANAGEMENT, due to a change of location;

to register amendments and addenda to the insurance rules of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Interregional Non-governmental Pension Fund AKVILON.
