On securities issue

To resume the issue and to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Petrarco placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-57413-D-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To resume the issue and to register an issue and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of BKZ Finance, limited liability company, placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36453-R to the issue of securities.

To resume the issue and to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Innovational Industrial Park Hi-Tech Technological Park Technopolis Himgrad placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-57125-D-003D.

To register an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of NewHowTrade, limited liability company, placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration number 4-01-36454-R to the issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company RV-Metro placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15011-А-001D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Kaluga Region Development Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-12808-А-004D.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Voronezh Aircraft Joint-Stock Company placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-40243-А-002D.
