On Bank of Russia decisions of 22 July 2014

On 22 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Stroykomplex placed through allocation of shares.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company National Development Company placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-76838-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Sakhaenergo placed through private subscription. The state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-31294-F-003D.
