On 23 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
1. To send the instruction on conforming the mandatory offer to acquire securities of the open joint-stock company Commercial Bank of Moscow to the requirements of the Russian legislation to L.V. Chekanov.
2. To send the instruction on conforming the mandatory offer to acquire securities of the open joint-stock company Commercial Bank of Moscow to the requirements of the Russian legislation to A.V. Alyutin.
