Activity of provisional administration to manage credit institution JSC NCO Network Clearing House terminated
On 24 May 2021, the Bank of Russia terminated the activity of the provisional administration1 appointed to manage JSC NCO Network Clearing House (hereinafter, the NCO).
No signs of insolvency (bankruptcy) have been established as a result of the provisional administration-conducted inspection of the credit institution.
On 29 April 2021, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan issued a ruling on the forced liquidation of the NCO.
Marina Knutova, a member of the Association Moscow Self-regulatory Organisation of Professional Bankruptcy Receivers, was appointed as a liquidator.
