On the appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Mestny Credit, a limited liability company (LLC CB MC Bank) (Registration No. 3370, date of registration — 11 April 2001) (Order No. OD-803 of 24 April 2014), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-804 of 24 April 2014) to appoint from 24 April 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Mestny Credit, a limited liability company, for a term until the arbitration court ruling on the recognition of bankruptcy and starting bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ or until the arbitration court ruling on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Pomogina, Natalya Viktorovna, a senior economist of the economic section of Branch 2 Moscow, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Mestny Credit, a limited liability company.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank Mestny Credit, a limited liability company, also includes A.S. Bykov, R.G. Varvaryuk, and Yu.V. Voronkova.
