On the activity of Investcapitalbank, SMP Bank and Sobinbank

In view of the information on the suspension by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard of the access to their services for OJSC Investcapitalbank (Registration Number: 2377), OJSC SMP Bank (Registration Number: 3368) and OJSC Sobinbank (Registration Number: 1317) due to the sanctions imposed by the USA, the Bank of Russia communicates that this decision makes it impossible for these credit institutions to service their customers using Visa and MasterCard bank cards.

Given the situation, the above banks honour their obligations to customers- holders of Visa and MasterCard bank cards providing them with cash through their own ATMs and branches.

Should the need arise measures will be taken to support these credit institutions for the purpose of protecting the interests of their creditors and depositors.
