On termination of activityof provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow (case No. А40-151915/15), dated 13 October 2015, on finding insolvent (bankrupt) of the Credit Institution BANK ROSSIYSKIY KREDIT, open joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 324, date of registration — 23 December 1991), and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2896, dated 23 October 2015) to terminate from 26 October 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Credit Institution BANK ROSSIYSKIY KREDIT, open joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1775, dated 24 July 2015, ‘On Appointing Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution BANK ROSSIYSKIY KREDIT, open joint-stock company, or OJSC BANK ROSSIYSKIY KREDIT Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
