On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow (case No. А40-133487/15), dated 14 October 2015, on finding insolvent (bankrupt) of the Credit Institution Bank Klientsky, joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2324, date of registration — 29 April 1993), and the appointment of a liquidator, in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2885, dated 22 October 2015) to terminate from 23 October 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the Credit Institution Bank Klientsky, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1546, dated 3 July 2015, ‘On Appointing Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Bank Klientsky, Joint-Stock Company, or JSC Bank Klientsky Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
