On 20 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to include information on the following entities in the state register of microfinance organisations:

Social Loan First, limited liability company (the city of Orsk, the Orenburg Region);

FINANCE-CREDIT, limited liability company (the town of Verkhneuralsk, the Chelyabinsk Region);

Microfinance Organisation Constanta, limited liability company (the city of Moscow);

Svoy Kurs, limited liability company (the town of Gorno-Altaysk);
