Activity of provisional administration to manage CB SStB LLC terminated
On 23 June 2021, the Bank of Russia terminated the activity of the provisional administration1 appointed to manage commercial bank SStB LLC, or Modern Standards of Business (hereinafter, the Bank).
The provisional administration completed its inspection and revealed no signs of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the credit institution.
On 10 June 2021, the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow issued a ruling on the forced liquidation of the Bank.
The State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency was appointed as the liquidator.
