On 15 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Catherine the Great — interval commodity market unit investment fund managed by Russian Standard Management LLC (the city of Moscow);

Russian Standard Gold — open-end funds unit investment fund managed by Russian Standard Management LLC (the city of Moscow);

Peter the Great — open-ended equity unit investment fund managed by Russian Standard Management LLC (the city of Moscow);

Avangard. 1^st Constructional — closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by CJSC SM.art Management (the city of Krasnoyarsk);

SM.art-Aliance — closed-end equity unit investment fund managed by CJSC SM.art Management (the city of Krasnoyarsk);

Strategic Investments — closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by BFA Management LLC (the city of St. Petersburg).

1. To register the rules of trust management of Cosmos — closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Reserve Asset Management LLC (the city of Moscow).
2. To register the rules of trust management of mortgage collateral of ISU-11000 mortgage participation certificate managed by BIN FINAM Group Management LLC (the city of Moscow).
