On revocation of banking licence

Due to non-compliance by ZAO Non-Bank Credit Institution SEVERNAYA KLIRINGOVAYA PALATA ZAO SEVERNAYA KLIRINGOVAYA PALATA with federal banking laws, Bank of Russia regulations, the capital adequacy level below 2%, a decrease in its own capital below its minimum authorised capital set by the Bank of Russia as of the date of its state registration, taking into account the repeated application within the year of measures stipulated by the Federal Law on the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia) and following Article 19, Point 6 of Part One and Points 1 and 2 of Part Two of Article 20 of the Federal Law on Banks and Banking Activities, and Part Eleven of Article 74 of the Federal Law on the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia), the Bank of Russia has taken a decision (Order No. OD-2576, dated 22 September 2014) to revoke since 22 September 2014 a banking licence from ZAO Non-Bank Credit Institution SEVERNAYA KLIRINGOVAYA PALATA (Bank of Russia Reg. No. 3317-R, date of registration is 23 October 1997).
