On securities issue

On 18 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company System Mass Media placed through private subscription;

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company TAXI MOSCOW placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15101-А-001D;

to resume an issue and to register an issue and a prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds for qualified investors of the open joint-stock company TeleHouse placed through private subscription. To assign state registration number 4-01-12454-А to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Pipe Metallurgical Companyplaced through public subscription. To assign state registration number 1-01-29031-Н to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Research and Manufacturing Association Tyazhpromarmatura placed through private subscription. To assign state registration number 1-01-72062-H-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Ust-Luga Container Terminal placed through private subscription. To assign state registration number 1-01-00511-D-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register additional issues of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company EnergosbyT Plus placed through conversion of shares of the open joint-stock company Kirovenergosbyt, open joint-stock company Sverdlovenergosbyt and open joint-stock company Udmurt Energy Retail Company into the additional shares of the open joint-stock company EnergosbyT Plus in the course of reorganisation through acquisition. To assign state registration numbers 1-01-55096-Е-001D, 1-01-55096-Е-002D, 1-01-55096-Е-003D, 1-01-55096-Е-004D, 1-01-55096-Е-005D, and 1-01-55455-Е-006D to the additional issues of securities;

to register an issue and a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company North-West Development Corridor placed through allocation of shares among the founders of the joint-stock company. To assign state registration number 1-01-55515-Е to the issue of securities.
