On securities issue

On 19 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Centre for Innovative Solutions, limited liability company, placed through public subscription;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company NPO Saturn Joint-Stock Company, placed through private subscription. To assign state registration number 1-01-50001-А-005D to the additional issue of securities.
