On reissuing insurance and reinsurance licences

On 19 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue the following licences:
the insurance licence and the reinsurance licence of Nezavisimost Insurance Company, limited liability company, due to a change of short name (previous name: Nezavisimost Insurance Company, limited liability company, or Nezavisimost Insurance Company LLC);
the insurance licence of the open joint-stock company Insurance Company Blagosostoyanie General Insurance due to a change of name (previous name: open joint-stock company PPF Insurance or OJSC PPF Insurance).
