On appointment of provisional administration

Under Point 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law on the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions, due to the revocation of a banking licence from ZAO Non-Bank Credit Institution SEVERNAYA KLIRINGOVAYA PALATA ZAO SEVERNAYA KLIRINGOVAYA PALATA (Bank of Russia Reg. No. 3317-R, date of registration is 23 October 1997) (Order No. OD-2576, dated 22 September 2014), the Bank of Russia has taken a decision (Order No. OD-2577, dated 22 September 2014) to appoint since 22 September 2014 a provisional administration to manage ZAO Non-Bank Credit Institution SEVERNAYA KLIRINGOVAYA PALATA for a term specified by the Federal Law on the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and an initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (the appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Dmitry V. Sofronov, chief economist of the banking supervision section of the Arkhangelsk Region, has been appointed to be the head of provisional administration to ZAO Non-Bank Credit Institution SEVERNAYA KLIRINGOVAYA PALATA.

The provisional administration of the credit institution ZAO Non-Bank Credit Institution SEVERNAYA KLIRINGOVAYA PALATA includes G.G. Kozmin, T. Yu. Patarushina and D.V. Pleshakov.
