On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, dated 5 September 2014, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) of the credit institution open joint-stock company Investment Joint-Stock Bank Dig-Bank (registration number of the Bank of Russia is 2423, date of registration is 12 July 1993) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2559, dated 19 September 2014) to terminate from 22 September 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Investment Joint-Stock Bank Dig-Bank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1460, dated 23 June 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Vladikavkaz-based Open Joint-Stock Company Investment Joint-Stock Bank Dig-Bank or OJSC IJSB Dig-Bank Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
