Procedure for organisations supervised by Bank of Russia to submit information to Rosfinmonitoring on 24 June and 1 July 2020

24 June and 1 July 2020 were announced as non-work days in the Russian Federation pursuant to Russian President’s Executive Order No. 345, dated 29 May 2020, ‘On Holding Military Parades and Artillery Salutes to Mark the 75^th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 and the Victory Parade of 24 June 1945’ and Executive Order No. 354, dated 1 June 2020, ‘On Setting the Date for the Nationwide Vote on Amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation’.

In this regard, the Bank of Russia hereby notifies the credit institutions and non-bank financial institutions supervised by the Bank of Russia that they shall not take into account these two days when determining the deadlines for the submission to Rosfinmonitoring (the Federal Financial Monitoring Service) of the information required by Federal Law No. 115-FZ, dated 7 August 2001, ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’.
