On recognising void and cancelling state registration of the sixth additional securities issue of Trade City Bank Joint-stock Company

Registration body is the Main Territorial Division of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Tver Region of the Central Federal District.
The Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District is the registration body which took decision to recognise void and to cancel the stare registration of additional securities issue.
The securities issue was declared void and its state registration was cancelled on 17 March 2017.
The above decision was based on the following reasons: by its Order No. OD-626, dated 13 March 2017, the Bank of Russia revoked the banking licence of the Moscow-based credit institution Trade City Bank Joint-stock Company because of the credit institution’s failure to comply with federal banking laws and Bank of Russia regulations, repeated violations within one year of the requirements stipulated by Articles 6, 7 (excluding Clause 3 Article 7) of the Federal Law ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’, taking into account the repeated application within a year of measures envisaged by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’, and considering the existence of a serious threat to creditors’ interests (Article 19, Clauses 6 and 6¹ of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, and Part 11 of Article 74 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’).
Following the cancellation of the state registration of the sixth additional issue of the shares of Trade City Bank Joint-stock Company, any transactions with these securities, their advertising and disclosure of their buying and (or) selling prices are prohibited.
