On banning some operations carried out by non-governmental pension fund
The Bank of Russia took a decision to introduce a
signing new non-governmental pension insurance agreements;
making transactions on independent placement of pension reserves and/or fulfilling obligations on such transactions;
transferring pension reserves and pension savings to trust management of management companies;
debiting the pension reserve account except for paying non-governmental pension.
The ground to take the decision was the Fund’s failure to comply with Bank of Russia instructions to remedy violations of Russian legislation.
