On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 2 (1598) of 22 January 2015 has been released.

The issue published Bank of Russia information notices, including notices on adding securities to the Bank of Russia Lombard List.

The issue presents consolidated statistical data on top 30 Russian banks as of 1 December 2014, and also information on the size of assets and capital of credit institutions on the mentioned date.

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 2 publishes the following official documents:

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3438-U, dated 6 November 2014, ‘On Amending Bank of Russia Instruction No. 138-I, Dated 4 June 2012, ‘On the Procedure for Submitting Documents and Information Related to Foreign Exchange Transactions to Authorised Banks by Residents and Non-Residents; the Procedure for Executing the Operation Specification and the Procedure for the Registering and Monitoring of Foreign Exchange Transactions by Authorised Banks’ (becomes effective one month after the official publication);

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3459-U, dated 30 November 2014, ‘On Forms, Timelines and Procedure for Preparing and Submitting Reports by Clearing Organisations and Entities Acting as a Central Counterparty to the Central Bank of Russian Federation’ (becomes effective from 1 April 2015).
