On reissue of licence forms

On 17 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took the decisions as follows:

to reissue the licence forms of a professional security market participant to the following credit institutions:

• Joint-stock Company Global Sky Finance (Moscow), for brokerage, dealer activity and management of securities, following changes to its name and location

• Joint-stock Company National Reserve Bank (Joint-stock Company, Moscow) for brokerage, dealer activity, depositary activities and management of securities, following change to its name
