On cancellation of licence to manage investment funds

On 19 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds (hereinafter, the Licence) issued to Garant Invest Investment Fund Management Company, limited liability company (hereinafter, the Management Company), (abbreviated name: IF MC Garant Invest LLC; location: 23 1^st Kolobovskiy lane, Moscow, 127051; PSRN: 1047797010910; TIN: 7707536110); Licence No. 21-000-1-00712 dated 13 April 2010).

The reason to cancel the Licence issued to the Management Company is the Management Company’s failure to carry out the activity envisaged by the Licence for more than 18 months.
