On 20 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To agree on reorganisation of Non-state Pension Fund StalFond through transformation into the Open joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund StalFond, to register the Open joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund StalFond and to re-issue the documental confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance operations of the Open joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund StalFond.
