On 20 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To agree on reorganisation of Private Pension Fund Promagrofund through transformation into the Closed joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Promagrofund, to register the Closed joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Promagrofund and to re-issue the documental confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance operations of the Closed joint-stock company Private Pension Fund Promagrofund.
