On amending register of payment system operators

Bank of Russia Press Service informs on the recognition of CONTACT Payment System as a socially important payment system by the Bank of Russia pursuant to Clause 3 of Part 2 of Article 22 of Federal Law No. 161-FZ, dated 27 June 2011, ‘On the National Payment System’ and the inclusion of information concerning CONTACT Payment System in the register of payment system operators.
