On 15 August 2014, the Credit Institutions Licensing and Financial Rehabilitation Department of the Bank of Russia registered the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Sevastopol Morskoy Bank, individual state registration number is 10103528B, date of state registration is 15 August 2014.

In accordance with the submitted report on the securities issue, the ordinary registered uncertified shares of the credit institution — issuer totaling 29,192,400 are placed through conversion of 29,192,400 ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Morskoy Bank.
